In Zhengyang County, Henan Province, a major peanut-growing county in China, Master Dong has been providing agricultural machinery services for a full ten years and is a well-known 'veteran' in the local machinery sector across nearby villages. A few years ago, after he acquired a peanut harvester from Zoomlion, he leveraged his ten years of hands-on experience in the fields to master the machine's performance and adjustments. The peanuts he harvested not only had minimal drop and low breakage rates, but the soil was also shaken clean, and his operation speed was nearly 30% faster than ordinary models, making him increasingly reputable in surrounding villages. Reflecting on why he plunged into the agricultural machinery service industry, Master Dong, who has been in the business for ten years, said with deep emotion: 'My hometown, Zhengyang, has always been a major peanut-growing county in the nation. My family has relied on peanut farming for generations. In the past, peanut harvesting relied entirely on manual weeding and threshing by hand. A family of five or six could spend half a month harvesting just over ten mu of land, with hands full of blisters, and inevitably some fallen or rotten peanuts were left in the field, resulting in significant losses. Initially, I learned about Zoomlion peanut harvesters through local dealers. After understanding their features, I was immediately interested and bought one in 2019.
